Preparation
- Make heat the juice of an orange in a pan until obtaining a syrup. To mix this syrup with mayonnaise, in a bowl. To add a little fresh cream and chopped tarragon.
- Cut the tail of a lobster cooked of pieces and to mix with sauce.
- Open a bread roll with milk and to slightly make roast the two sides.
- Place the pieces of lobster in the bread and to taste at once.
